Licensed in 1986, this design company was established in 1989 and recently incorporated as WLFA Associates, LLC. This company emphasizes personalized quality design and development. Commissions include high-end residential design, a variety of commercial and retail work, renovation, restoration, adaptive reuse, urban site planning, and hillside site design. An eight-year seat on the Pima County Design Review Committee has given us insight into sustainable site planning and the demanding Pima County Hillside Design Manual and SDRC (Subdivision Design Review Committee) protocol.
